Terms of Service

By booking or using our mobile and laptop repair services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Area
Our main service area is Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. We may also serve nearby areas depending on availability.
2. Quotes & Payments
- Diagnosis is free.
- We provide a quote before starting any repair.
- No repair is done without your approval.
- Payment is due after the repair is completed.
3. No Fix – No Pay
If we cannot fix your device, you will not be charged for the repair.
4. Warranty
All completed repairs come with a 60-day warranty covering the replaced part and labour.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage after repair
- Water or liquid damage
- Drops or impact damage
- Devices opened by another repair shop
- New unrelated issues
5. Data & Backup
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. While we are careful, we are not responsible for data loss during or after service.
6. Device Condition
Customers must inform us about any previous damage, water exposure, or prior repairs. We are not responsible for hidden issues that appear during repair.
7. On-Site Service
Our services are provided at your home or office. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our main area. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the repair service. We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
